Lootday.com “Invite Friends” Program Terms and Conditions

Effective: August 2025

By participating in the Lootday.com Invite Friends Program (the “Program”), you agree to these program terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility and registration

  • You must have an active Lootday.com account.
  • Your account must be registered in one of the following countries:
    • United Kingdom
    • Canada
    • Australia
    • Switzerland
    • South Korea
    • Japan
  • To receive rewards:
    • referred users must reside in one of the eligible countries listed above
    • you must share your unique referral link from your account dashboard

2. Referral rewards

Rewards are only issued for valid activities of new users who sign up through your referral link.

  • First reward: credited once the referred user signs up and installs their first offer through Lootday.com.
  • Second reward: credited after the referred user completes their first successful payout.

Note: reward amounts and reward types may vary.

3. Reward verification and fraud prevention

Rewards are not credited immediately. Lootday.com may withhold or revoke rewards when fraud is suspected, including:

  • self-referrals or duplicate accounts
  • use of VPNs, proxies, or similar tools
  • any other attempt to abuse the program

4. Program violations and appeals

We may suspend or disqualify users for:

  • violating affiliate guidelines
  • violating these program terms
  • violating Lootday.com’s general terms of service

Suspended users may appeal through:

5. Referrer obligations

  • share referral links ethically and lawfully
  • avoid misleading claims or deceptive advertising
  • comply with all applicable laws
  • do not use VPNs or proxies to bypass restrictions

6. Prohibited activities

  • sending spam or unsolicited messages
  • inducing sign-ups through deception
  • impersonating Lootday.com or misusing the brand
  • engaging in conduct that damages the brand

7. Relationship of the parties

Participation in the program does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Lootday.com.

8. Termination of participation

Lootday.com may terminate your participation at any time for violations. Pending or future rewards may be forfeited as a result.

9. Liability and indemnification

  • You indemnify Lootday.com against claims arising from your participation.
  • You agree not to take legal action against Lootday.com for disputes related to this program.

10. Changes

  • The program may be modified or terminated at any time.
  • These program terms may be updated at any time.
  • Your continued participation means you accept those changes.

11. Governing law

These program terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, including within:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Canada
  • Germany
  • France
